Dropping object from inventory to ground appears to instantly kill nearby player. Two videos highlighting situation:

Steps To Reproduce

stand facing away with player to left and drop item to ground. has only occurred in second floor of 'corner pub' building but in multiple rooms.

We have tested this thoroughly but unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described. Please retest this once next patch comes out on Steam and report back to us in case the issue still persists.
