This can bet set in the dayz server cfg file. There should be a line which says serverTime = "SystemTime"; or something like that and you can change it to whatever date you would like ,for example serverTime = "2015/4/8/17/23"; (the format goes like this YR/MO/DAY/HOUR/MIN).
