There are instructions how to open dxdiag interface http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/run-directx-diagnostic-tool once there, press the "Save all information" button and attach the dxdiag.txt file to this ticket.

btw i forgot to add this but with -dologs it says display adapter does not support format d24s8 for x8r8g8b8

We have checked the provided dxdiag file and it appears that your graphics card is below the minimum requirements (those can be found here http://store.steampowered.com/app/221100/) and in that case we cannot guarantee that the game will run on your computer.
Getting a new graphics card which is higher than the minimum requirements should fix the issue.
