The zombies can now hit you when you lock them in a building and you are outside. I locked a female zombie in a building and ran away, but it kept hitting me somehow until I was just over 100 meters away, then it stopped. I went back a bit later after I re energized to see what would happen and sure enough it began hitting me when I was still far away from the structure.
