When you have a main and secondary weapon and use the secondary and press X or the # in the inventory quick bar it disappears pretty often because of the new inventory system, i've lost in Experimental over 10 fully geared guns from the first 0.56 release

We have tested this thoroughly and unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described. However there have been some tweaks done which most likely have fixed the issue. Please retest this once next patch hits Steam and report back to us in case the issue has re-appeared.
