you can change your item in hotbar
you can look where you are with "ESC" button
you can shoot (ill have to upload a video)
you can drive
after unconscious your character stands up
dunno if you can speak in game with version 0.55

We had similar experiences with unconsciousness on a private hive 1st person server.
A) Player got unconscious for being punched in the face. Player was handcuffed by me. Player came back conscious, was able to walk around, kneel. He appeared handcuffed to us, but he himself still hat the "You are unconscious" black screen.
B) Player was "starving". We got to him 10 seconds late, he fell unconscious. We feed him, gave him three saline bags, put two epinephrins in his body. No way to bring him back.
