People are becoming dehydrated and dying of starvation when they log back into their characters. It seems random as a friend of mine was fully light green on everything, and when he switched servers, he was dying of starvation.

It comes from many sources but it is not random. It is hidden sickness or something like that. It will happen if you drink gassoline and in some other situations
