Happens most often when there are no free inventory slots

Also noticed the same thing when ejecting ammo from SKS and other weapons

Hello error and thank you for the report.
We have tested this thoroughly however we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described. This has most likely been caused by the various desync issues we are aware of and they have been scheduled for a fix.
