I have tried to cut meat out of a player but it was not possible. I tried with a kitchenknife and a stoneknife, both did not work.

Hello RageRoB and thank you for the report.
Unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described. The issue could have been caused by the various desync issues we are aware of and they have been scheduled for a fix.
