Loot is not respawning at all!

Description

Loot doesn't respawn at all. Played today and yesterday on more private servers and the towns are empty. They can be full of zombies but no loot at all. Only loot today i found was in the bus stops and wood cabins. The game is broken.

Hello Baranock and thank you for the report.
This is an issue we are aware of and can be fixed by turning persistence on in the server settings, as it is forced on all servers now by default and the setting to turn it off interferes with it.
