Does the prison not spawn food items anymore? It seems the prison was a medium to high weapon drop location now it seems to only spawn odd numbers of shells such as 7 or 14 5.45 rounds or an MP5 clip with only 17 bullets in it. I understand the push towards horticulture but there is no reason to travel to this remote location anymore.
