The new UI when activated in starting-options in Steam causes massive framedrops. It it almost impossible to search for servers, since i only get 6-7 fps with the new ui. with the normal one i get about 140 fps in main menu. But the new ui looks awesome! i´d love to be abble to use it.

The new ui is still unfinished feature and is still being worked on. If it causes issues for you now, then only thing we can suggest is to play with the standard ui for now untill the new ui becomes standard.
