If you fall from a short distance (from 1/4 to half way down the stairs in a barn to next landing, from the shed outside of the firestation that is accessible from the rooftop, etc) your pants and all the gear stored in them along with your boots are completely ruined. After you land, there are no broken bones but it is possible to bleed.

Steps To Reproduce
Fall off the stairs in a barn (1/4 to half from top of stairs to next landing). Get onto firestation rooftop, go beside tower and climb down ladder, locate structure next to firestation and walk off rooftop onto adjoining structure rooftop, crouch and walk off structure rooftop.
