Sometimes, when zombies are ran over by a truck, they kind of glitch in the car (one stuck inside the front and won't disappear until truck has been stopped and player got out) or their dead bodies act as a invisible wall.
Zombies can run onto the back of the truck and when they die there, they'll float in the air, preventing the truck from running over this point again.
