Rubber arms when throwing items

Description

If you throw any item, other players will see your arms extending like as if they were made of rubber.

Quite funny actually. A bug nonetheless.

Steps To Reproduce

Pick up an item, press the key assigned to throw things, have someone stand by to watch it. Laugh hard, then write a report on devhub.
