When logging into a server (Battleye), FPS is smooth at first, but after about 10 minutes, FPS plummets suddenly.

Description

I join a server, which had Battleye. Everything is smooth at first in terms of FPS, but after a few minutes, the framerate suddenly drops extremely low, making the game unplayable. So then I have to leave the game after that. However, when I'm in a building when this problem occurs, the textures of the building (walls, floor, etc.) disappear completely, but the items on the floor are still visible.
Very rarely, when I click Escape, everything would go back to normal (building textures appear again and framerate becomes smooth again). Most of the time, this problem occurs in buildings or whenever I'm near buildings.
When I played .52, I never experienced this problem before.
My settings are all low, there is nothing in the launch parameters.

Hello Handyhammer.
Are you using any startup parameters by any chance?

No, I'm not using any parameters.

Hello Handyhammer.
I have noticed that your processor is below minimum requirements which are listed on Steam. The game could have been working before, but with the constant updates the performance constantly changes and until optimisation there is nothing we can do.
