Does not always happen. I couldn't figure out when exactly it happens, but after some play time it was set to englsih. Happend to a friend too.

Hello degude.
The windows hotkey for changing languages is L shift + L alt, is it possible that you are accidentally using the hotkey while holding shift to run and press / hold alt to look around?
