I was in a server and got the session lost error. I tried to join in to a different serve and got the error message "Character unable to load. Character has been reset, a system administrator has been notified. Please reconnect to continue"
Is my character lost or can it be recovered?
I am playing via WiFi in Afghanistan so sometimes I get dropped from servers because of a high ping, but this is the first time I have had my character reset. Please help, I've spent a lot of time on this character!
Hello mschinsk and thank you for the report.
It appears that you have joined a server while it was booting up and its storage was not loaded. When players connect to the server before storage is loaded the characters cannot be loaded and your character gets reset. This will be fixed in future stages of development by adding a queue system.
