I discovered this bug while a server was raining, I was close to freezing to death, and thought the V3S would be sufficient cover from the rain. Turns out, that while in the V3S rain will still soak you're character, my character froze to death before I could ring out the clothing.

Steps To Reproduce
*Get soaked or wet due to server raining.
*Enter V3S after drying.
*Character will once again become soaked.
Additional Information
I might not have been %100 clear in the beginning, I did wring out my clothing before reentering the V3S, and the vehicle was parked in a spot where it could not rain. But, if you look in first person, you can see the rain going through the V3S.

Unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue you have described. We are aware of the rain being visually in the cabin but it does not affect the character. Please retest once latest Steam patch comes out and report back in case the issue re-appears.
