Item farm located next to the building at Black Lake. It is right outside of the fence on the right and it just spawns an uncanny amount of items and loot that regens extremely fast.

Basically, items just keep spawning at the fence near the cabin at black lake. I've noticed it on a couple of DayZ offical servers such as the SJ an WA servers (haven't bothered checking the others). They spawned so quickly that I was able to keep running upstairs and stashing the items and then coming back to the farm and grabbing new items that had spawned. {F31405}
