My Persistent Server is not spawning any trucks

Description

After the last "update" my server has no trucks. We wiped persistence and there are still no truck spawns.

Private persistent servers have serious issues with heli-crashes not appearing, and now trucks not spawning at all. It feels like we pay for 1/2 a game this way...not sure its worth buying a server to have the game not work at least 1/2 way properly.

we found trucks after a restart.
