Broken loot spawn points around Black Lake

Description

New surrounding of Black Lake isn't spawning anything, it seems that there isn't assigned loot spawn points, because across 50 servers(both on stable and experimental) I haven't found anthing there.

Steps To Reproduce

Visit Black Lake log cabin, sheds or parking lot, on stable(0.54) or experimental(0.55) client versions an you will not find a thing there.
