I have 4 servers currently with Vilayer, 2 of which are in AU at:
119.252.189.163:2802 This one has no issues with hangs and is a 40 slot server.
119.252.190.93:2702 This one is 50/50 80% of the time and has no issues with hangs. It's on 2hr restarts.

I have another server in the UK at:
31.3.245.170:2402 This server has no issues and it is a 40 slot server. Performance is really good because(from what I understand) it is close to the hive.

This server in the U.S. at:
23.250.112.194:2602 is having major issues. Hanging with less than 10 people on it. Also hanging with setting it to 2hr restarts. It won't make it to the 2hr mark at all. It will hang regardless of population.

This to me points to a hardware issue and is not consistent with all my other servers. I have been told by Vilayer it's due to being so far from the hive, located in the UK. If this was the case our AU servers(which we have no real issues with) would have poorer performance than the U.S. server in question.

I am here because obviously I am getting no joy with Vilayer and they seem to be making excuses for a problem that in my opinion could be fixed. It is not consistent with how my other servers perform and this issue seems to be falling on deaf ears at Vilayer.

So here I am after at least a week or more with the same issue and no fix from Vilayer.

I would not be concerned if this kind of thing was across the board but again, it's inconsistent behaviour from this one server.
