Basically the summary. This is the way it goes for me but happens a lot. I have a shotgun in my hand and I try to eat some food on a table. The gun gets put away put get stuck in a "cancel action" limbo. I then have to that the food in my hand and the action will then continue. This happens pretty consistently but is by no mean game breaking.
