When attempting to fill up a Canteen at water pumps around the map (Kamyshovo,Zelenogorsk,Skalisty Island and Bashnya to name a few.) the character performs the animation to fill up the canteen but the text "Cancel current action" still appears on screen and doesn't disappear until pressed. Upon pressing "Cancel current action" The character remains still and upon looking at his inventory the canteen has not been filled up.

This bug/glitch happens randomly so you may or may not be able to repeat.
•Have a canteen (My one in particular was in a damaged condition.)
•Go to a water pump, preferably one in the locations mentioned in the description.
•Attempt to fill up canteen at water pump.

Can confirm this is happening to me as well.
I think you can reproduce it by starting to fill the bottle, then immediately dropping it back into your backpack without cancelling the action.
Once you try to fill the next bottle (or the same one) it'll be stuck like that.
It doesn't happen all the time, but for me it's quite often.
