Hello FalconFan1 and thank you for the report.
Please attach contents of C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Local\DayZ to the ticket. If it cannot be attached due to the size, please upload the files to some cloud site.
Regards,
Geez

Hello FalconFan1.
We could use all of the files in AppData, especially the Dayz.mdmp and Dayz.bdmp (if you do not have these, run the game with -dologs parameter and the files will be created upon encountering another crash). Please attach them to this ticket and if you cannot (due to the files being too large), upload it somewhere on the internet where we can download it.
Regards,
Geez

When I tried to do the -delogs it gave me this error Unable to locate a running instance of steam

I am trying to do:

Please verify your local games files, to do so please right click on dayz in your library and then go to propreties >> local files >> verify game files.
It should download missing game files.

Ok well You Got it right I looked at the folder again and found it was there!

I have a question all the stuff on my character will it still be there?
because it was not on it when I played the game on my laptop, and if the items are gone any way to get them back?

Hello FalconFan1.
We have checked the crashlogs and it appears that some third party program is raising DayZ's memory usage, however we are not sure which one. Any useful info on which program could be causing this is appreciated. We also suggest you try some of the fixes in FAQ section of http://www.battleye.com/support.html.
Regards,
Geez
