The death of a character at the exit of the car after driving

Description

Character dies after drive as soon as I stop the car and try to get out of it. Not only the driver may die, but the passengers too. It happens sometimes on servers with persistence (ON).

I suppose passengers die while trying to exit the truck, or do they die as soon as the driver gets out of the car?
