A friend jumped out of his standard V3S when it was standing still on a paved road. He immediately died and was partially underground (still was able to get gear off his body). This has happened to me only once but I've heard about the issue before.

-Come to a stop in V3S
-Keep engine running and climb out
-Immediate death
