Please make sure your game is running without any launch parameters as they are not supported and seem to cause various issues within the game.
If you are not using any parameters or the issue still persists, please run the game with -dologs and attach contents of C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Local\DayZ to the ticket once the error pops up again.
