Hydration not working properly when drinking from well

Description

I drank from the well and hydration doesn't restore properly. You get the stuffed message faster now than you get hydrated.

I vomited two times after I drank like 5 times at the well and it didn't restore my hydrated bar properly.

The parameters are wrong.
