The butt stock on my M4 & 74U are bnot rendering either in inventory or in hand. They DO show in hot bar

After finding new pieces they were put on and gun is now correct, so I assume issue was something with .54 update deleting some gun parts.

Unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the issue, however it was most likely caused by #0021685.
