You can hear footsteps and breathing while being unconscious aswell as player VOIP, this includes being dead aswell, you can also hear footsteps behind your back like in the previous 53.0 experimental build.

- Get a friend around you to walk around an breath.
- Hear the sounds 100% of the time.
