In the counter strike games there is a z,x,c thing to bring up a menu for various "messages to be said", how about making this for the gestures in dayz? We could have much more gestures and categorize them. Any thoughts?

Generally more gestures, YES!!
I was thinking it would be no problem to program double-tap F-keys for an extra set of gestures as well.
Or Shift-F-keys for another set of 11 gestures.
I think the suicide gesture needs to go out of the F-keys and moved to another menu, maybe the ESC menu.
