When I load in to a server the screen flashes with color but then goes black and white. I can play the game, my character is healthy so this is not the bloodloss grey screen. In the past I have fixed this issue by changing my aspect ratio and rebooting the game but that doesn't seem to be working anymore.

Steps To Reproduce
It happens every time I load in to a server and I can play continuously but in black and white. I re-installed the game and everything was back in color until I changed servers. Then I was black in black and white.

Ok this might sound silly but I have figured out that it's night time. However, it's on a day time server. I switched to a night time only server and now I get daylight. Is there something weird with my internal clock or something
