HAVE TRIED: Verifying integrity, downloading drivers, restarting steam/PC, launching as administrator, launching in compatibility mode
(have not tried a fresh install as is not feasible with my internet, others who have report this to not be a fix : see thread above)

Same problem here, but i fix it uninstalling "DisplayLink Core Software".
Seem that is a problem since yesterday on pc with multiple screens.

Since this mini update I can't even play DayZ.
Sometimes the game starts and I can join a server. But 10 seconds later the game freezes and crashes.
