1. Copy your .dll

2. Paste it in \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DayZ\dll

3. Rename your "tbb4malloc_bi.dll" to "tbb4.dll"

4. Rename your "hack".dll to "tbb4malloc_bi.dll"

5. Launch the game.

Apparently this also works on ArmA2 and 3 too.

I do not think that BE just checking the integrity of the files is enough because you only need to inject once and then replace the files.
