Fences, White and sometimes pink in color.

Description

When rendering the fences the color/colour is sometimes pink, or white in color then when you start to get up close it changes to a fence look.

Steps To Reproduce

Nothing to reproduce it is happening on both AMD and Intel systems.

NVidia in both machines so hard to tell if this is Radeon issue or not. Ill ask around.

Additional Information

I am thinking it maybe something in the newest drivers that has changed but unknown if it is.
