I've noticed that the animations have recently been doing weird stuff, like when you wave, the characters now raise their fists. Oppositely, if you raise your fists and then wave, the character puts his fists down...
Another thing that's gotten worse is switching weapons. When I'm running around carrying two rifles and get attacked by a zombie and switch to sledgehammer or axe, the character jogs around for a bit and pulls the melee weapon and then immediately puts it back on his back. Not to mention that 80% of the time the game doesn't register me using the hotbar.
Also I noticed that when you are lying down prone and looking down iron sights in third person (not 1st person looking down them) and then switch weapons, the character will get up. As far as I remember, he will also do this when having a drink and stuff like that.
All in all, movement and item handling just got a hell of a lot bulkier. The entire movement system needs a complete overhaul in my opinion, since there are only two ways of changing weapons: standing completely still and jogging forwards.
