Since the last patch (v0.53.126384) I frequently cannot interact with items or the environment on certain servers. The game will function just fine fo r alittle while, but after a while, when I right-click on an item I simply get the "..receiving" message, and no matter how long I wait it does not resolve.
It is not unlike when a server goes down or when you lose connection. I am able to still fire my gun, or kill myself - but everything else is similar to a server disconnect.
