Everything works fine, until DayZ suddenly closes, no error messages, no nothing. Steam also crashes at the same time. Happens about 15minutes after start playing DayZ.

It's current steam issue on several games. I can confirm this in DayZ and CS:S. But in other games, like CS:GO - work's good. Untill valve fix it you can fix it that way:
Go to c:\program files(x86)\Common Files\Steam\
Close steam, rename "SteamService.exe" to e.g. SteamService_.exe and launch steam. Now DayZ would not crash. But to play e.g. CS:GO you need rename it back and relaunch steam because without it you couldn't connect to official servers

edit: tried. what happens when i rename steamservice.exe, is that steam makes a new steamservice.exe everytime i start it, so it doesnt help and it still crashes.

I also am having the same issue every 15 minutes approximat game will close and the steam client closes to.

Please attach the contents of your C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\DayZ\ folder to this ticket in a .rar.
Also, please try:
- reinstalling the game
- reinstalling your video drivers
- launching both Steam and the game as Administrator.
