This has been very annoying for me snice i've tried finding a police uniform. And it think getting back the police cars would be great, no idea why it was removed.

Found one yesterday,up north

They do exist in 0.52 stable, found loads.

They are not gone, but their spawning mechanism has been tweaked - now they do not always spawn at set locations, but instead spawn randomly in the same way heli crashes do.
