No hidden frature. Seemslike the "Cold-Bug" for me. So your Character stuck on 35°C temperature, without any indication in the inventory screen. I had this bug once too. I got it fixed sitting inbetween 4 campfires at one time for round about 45 minutes. Yes it's along time to wait, but it fixed my problem.
Maybe you should try this, too.
Just sit next to a few campfires and wait, till the shaking is gone.

Okay, thanks guys. Unfortenately my character got killed by zombie.
But what a week!
Played over 150 hours of this game, and never have had these kind of problems. First my character was whiped after server reboot ( i didin't report that issue)then my new character was stuck in house under the floor, but that bug was resolved by jsteward(Admin)

Finally z hit me only two times and get me unconscious and dead in the end. Okay this is not a bug :)
