Speaking: Can hear another player talking from 1 to about 5 meters away. Maybe more, maybe less, not sure.
Yelling: Can hear another player from over 10 meters away.

this is pointless, you know what you do? you either yell in your mic, talk normal, or talk quiet....

@Weltall, you know, people still can hear you whisper from the same distance when you speak normally.
This is helpful especially on RP servers, if you are a captive inside a building with another player and you want to talk quitely without letting the other people know what you are speaking about.
