No footsteps on pavement

Description

As the title states, I noticed I made not footstep sounds while running on the runways at NWAF. It happened in other places on pavement. I just made note of it there.

It was particularly noticeable running from the Control Tower to the Barracks.

Confirmed, I also get this on the concrete sections between the runways and the runways themselves at NEAF.
