Description

Tested on around 13 servers and one of these had loot but it cost me the previous life, but on all others I still had that life but there was no loot anywhere.

thank you for your report.
While everything seems to be working fine at the moment, we are aware of a couple possible causes for this and currently looking into the loot spawning system itself - please be patient.
