Steps To Reproduce

I cannot reproduce when or how it occurs. However, I can reproduce what I do to fix it and hope this would lead to the issue. To fix the low res go into Configure -> Video... then Close, Close. That is all no changing of any settings just opening the Video settings makes everything get sharp again.

Hi trujuice,
the blur is intended, it is supposed to simulate exhaustion, hunger, being wounded and such. The Video settings removing it is something we are aware of and working on.
Thanks,
Andy
