I am unable to change the settings in game to allow me to play it. It just loads the game and it makes all things huge on screen and will not let me past the beta warning so I can play and/or change the settings to make the game playable I mainly would like to know how to change the settings out of the game since I currently cant change them in-game.

I tried the work around and it didn't work and when the game is started it looks like it is zoomed in almost all the way and I cant get to the settings to change it in game
