Looting houses from bar opposite garages at far western edge of Novo working east. 1st floor then 2nd floor then next builing east.

Crouched to pick up and drink can of soda behind potted plant in study on 2nd floor of a house, didn't "drink", cancelled action, re-tried "drink", "drink" successful. As soon as drinking finished, there's a sound of impact, character cries out "my leg hurts" "feet are in extreme pain". still on 2nd floor didn't actually fall, but now have ruined pants (and items contained therin) and boots. a message not recieved then popped up before i could use my splint ( cannot engage during message)

Happen before at North military base. Waiting in guard tower for a friend, managed to crouch drink then to fall, this time actually fell, but i wan't moving and i fell forwards through the little wall those towers have.

Not identical but close enough to warrent a comment.
