Item interaction broken after using chainsaw

Description

After using a chainsaw the player is unable to use any items.
There are no context menu options displayed except 'Inspect' when right-clicking on items in inventory. Hotkeys cannot be used to draw weapons/objects.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Take chainsaw in hands
  2. Use chainsaw to attack
  3. Drop chainsaw
  4. Try to use items (ie. drink soda, apply bandage etc.)
