If you're facing the front of the apartment building, the room in the back left (not the corner room, but the smaller room to the right of the corner room) has a floor that eats items. Any items dropped here cannot be picked up, although you can see them. You can only slightly see them, and it seems like the item has half-fallen through the floor.
